Parish Council Elections
Every four years all Parish Councilors have to stand down prior to the 1st May and submit applications for re-election. At the same time any aspiring new councillors can submit an application to join the Council.
Only EIGHT valid nominations were received for the Urchfont Parish Council Election, as such the election was declared UNCONTESTED and all candidates take up their seats on 6th May 2025 – they are Councillors:

John Rptherford
Richard Harding
Andy Stephens
Roger Chadwick
This currently leaves THREE vacancies which can be filled by co-option on receipt of a valid and acceptable application. If you are interested in one of these posts please apply to the clerk for an application.
